Kevin Patrick Kelly
Kevin P. Kelly serves as
Director of Government Relations at Van Scoyoc Associates, Inc. (VSA), where he
works with municipal and university clients on appropriations issues. Prior to joining
VSA he was legislative officer for City of Baltimore's Department of
Transportation. He began his political career as director of special projects
for United States Senator Barbara Mikulski (D-MD).
He directed special projects
for the Greater Baltimore Committee, with responsibilities for transportation,
economic development and criminal justice policy issues. He also directed
marketing and business development for the Greater Baltimore Alliance, a
regional economic development organization.
The University of Baltimore
granted his law degree in 1999; he was awarded the bachelor of arts degree by Washington
College, Chestertown, MD.
