Hanz C. Heinrichs

Manager, Govt. Relations

Hanz Heinrichs works as Manager of Government Relations at Van Scoyoc Associates supporting government interaction and business development for the firm’s clients. 

Prior to joining VSA, Mr. Heinrichs was the Military Legislative Assistant to California Congressman Howard P. “Buck” McKeon, a senior Member on the House Armed Services Committee.  In addition to serving as the primary liaison to that Committee, Mr. Heinrichs staffed the Congressman on all appropriations requests and budget, foreign affairs, NASA, transportation, and veterans affairs issues.

A native of Sacramento, Calif., Mr. Heinrichs received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from San Diego State University and is currently enrolled at the Naval War College where he is pursuing his Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies.
