Jennifer Cave Moser

Manager, Govt. Relations

Jennifer Cave Moser serves as Manager, Government Relations, at Van Scoyoc Associates Inc. where she assists clients with defense and information technology issues.  Her responsibilities include research on issues, contact with Congressional and agency staff, and assisting in business development.

Prior to her arrival in February 2009, Ms. Moser spent seven years with both the Executive and Legislative Branches of the Federal Government.  Most recently, Ms. Moser served as a Legislative Aide for then-Sen. John Warner, the former Chairman and Ranking Member of the powerful Armed Services Committee, assisting him with military, foreign policy, and veterans’ affairs.

From 2005 to 2007, she served as Special Assistant in the National Security Council/European Affairs Directorate.  And prior to that, Ms. Moser worked as Special Assistant to the Staff Director of the Senate Armed Services Committee.  As the Committee’s Special Assistant, she aided in consideration of the annual Defense Authorization Bill.

Ms. Moser is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
