Ray Cole, a Vice President at Van Scoyoc Associates Inc., helps craft and execute government relations campaigns to match clients’ needs to Administration and Congressional priorities, as well as to manage unavoidable crises.
Mr. Cole provides strategic counsel across a full range of legislative issues, helping clients develop new programs and projects, deal with regulatory and policy changes, and win Government contracts and grants, research projects, and other opportunities that emerge through the legislative process.
Mr. Cole worked on the staff of Sen. Richard Shelby of Alabama from 1993-1999. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from The University of Alabama.
