John Fuller

Counsel

John Fuller serves as Counsel at Van Scoyoc Associates Inc.  He focuses primarily on telecommunications, energy, and science, research and education issues.

Mr. Fuller previously practiced contracts and real estate law in Florida, clerked for U.S. District Court Judge Melinda Harmon in Houston, Texas, and worked on Capitol Hill. 

Mr. Fuller has worked extensively on the Department of Energy Loan Guarantee program; cybersecurity, networking and spectrum issues; and on Federal research and development programs.

Mr. Fuller received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Va., and his law degree from Florida State University College of Law in Tallahassee.  He studied at the London School of Economics and the Chinese University of Hong Kong.  He is a member of the Florida Bar and the American Bar Association.
