Roseanna Haley

Associate Vice President, Administration

Roseanna Haley is an Associate Vice President, for Van Scoyoc Associates, specializing in firm administration. Haley joined VSA during its first year, and has been an integral part of its growth ever since.  Her creative commitment has set the standard at VSA by charting the development of the information technology department, implementing the technical operations structure, and influencing administration policy and management. Ms. Haley assists the President, H. Stewart Van Scoyoc, with special projects. She played a key role in setting up the firm’s offices at 101 Constitution Avenue, including but not limited to lease negotiation, design creation, and architect and construction management.

Ms. Haley has more than 20 years experience in government relations management. During the 1986 tax bill, Ms. Haley began her career at the Committee on Ways and Means, U.S. House of Representatives, where she worked with Minority Tax Counsel, Kenneth J. Kies.  Such exposure provided her the opportunity to be a legislative assistant at Baker & Hostetler.

Ms. Haley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a double minor in Management and Industrial Relations at St. Francis University.
