Lauren Bresette joined VSA in the fall of 2021 and was promoted to Manager, Government Relations in April 2023. In her current role, Lauren works closely with a broad portfolio of clients to help manage their legislative and federal relations needs. She provides technical assistance and critical advocacy in support of client priorities for legislative policy, programmatic funding, regulatory issues, and business development with a focus on defense, homeland security, and veteran issues.
Prior to her work at VSA, Lauren studied political conflict, environmental policy, and Middle East/North African affairs as an undergraduate at Boston College. She previously worked as an Intern at Capitol Decisions in 2019 on healthcare related issues. Lauren graduated from Boston College in 2021 with a B.A.in International Studies and Economics.
